The first Community presentation will be conducted by the Boca Raton Planning Department on Tuesday Dec 17, 2024 at 6pm in the Annex at 200 Crawford Blvd. Please join us in voicing your opinions and posing any questions you might have as this could impact our community.

You are invited to attend a citizen participation meeting related to the proposed development of the Property, which is generally located at the northeast corner of North Federal Highway and Appleby Street. Attached please find an aerial map showing the location of the Property. The applicant, STR 6800 LLC & BRISKEL POINTE AT BOCA HARBOUR LLC, proposes to develop the Property with a planned residential community consisting of twenty (20) duplex and townhomes units (“Project”).
The applicant would like to present the Project to you, as our neighbor, in advance of moving forward to public hearings for this application. As such, please accept this invitation to attend a virtual community meeting during the time and location noted below:
